So it’s four in the morning and we just finished / posted a review (our first) of this boarding house on Trip Advisor. We haven’t slept much, if at all tonight because of the noise coming from the first floor directly below us. Suffice it to say that we’re not happy campers here. There’s a bar below us that we knew about, but the noise has actually increased since it closed at midnight. There are a couple of cool things about the place though like the nice hardwood floors and the fact that they kept the original heat exchanger unit pictured below. I’m thinking that flu exhaust from a first floor stove circulated through it to heat the room years ago. Anyway, we’re just waiting at this point to catch a tram to train station for our trip through the alps to Milan.

But back in September, we chartered a sailboat from Club Natique for five days on the bay which was simply fantastic. Here are a few photos of the trip and at the end is an awesome little video to check out.
